This recipe is not only gluten free and dairy free but also soy free, egg free, and vegan!
It’s so simple with only 2 ingredients! Serve this delicious and healthy recipe as either a meal or an appetizer!
Ingredients:
1 bottle Korean BBQ Sauce, I use the Ocean’s Halo brand. It is delicious!
1 head of cauliflower
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Remove the leaves on the bottom of the cauliflower and make sure the cauliflower sits flat on the pan.
Evenly brush the cauliflower with the sauce.
Wrap the cauliflower in aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes.
Unwrap the cauliflower cook for an additional 20 minutes.
Cut or pull apart with a fork and serve with extra sauce on the side.
**If you want to make them extra crispy, put them in the air fryer for 9 minutes.
