Easy appetizer for this holiday season!
How did I find this recipe? Well… I was asked to bring a meat dish to Friendsgivings brunch. My friend is not a big meat eater but she will eat kielbasa. I didn’t think bbq kielbasa would be good for brunch and wanted to do a sweet and spicy form of kielbasa. That is when I started googling and found this recipe on https://12tomatoes.com/slow-cooker-kielbasa-bites/. It was a crowd pleaser! I am definitely going to keep making it when I need an easy appetizer.
Hope you all enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 lbs skinless kielbasa, cut in bite sizes
¾ cup Coke, I use the Olipop cola since I have a sensitivity to sugars. You can also use Sodastream diet cola mix.
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
Directions:
Add all the ingredients in a crockpot and stir. Cook on high for 3 - 4 hrs.
Serve warm.
Enjoy!!
