Tuesday Tip: Check your lotions to ensure they are gluten free.
This is a recent change I have made. I experienced a mild recurring rash and wasn’t sure why. I knew it had to be an allergic reaction and even went to my dermatologist. I could not pinpoint any food that was the issue. Then I examined my personal care items and realized Jergens Moisturizer cannot guarantee that it’s gluten free and safe for celiacs. Therefore, I switched to Cerave which is a gentler lotion and safe for gluten sensitivities and celiac. So glad I discovered this and wanted to share!
