Honestly, I have never heard of hoagie dip before but it is a great idea and super delicious! It is perfect for game day! Definitely a crowd favorite during football season! Also, a plus is it is very easy to make. The ingredient amounts below are estimates as you can add more cheese, meats, etc - whatever you like!
Ingredients:
1 cup ham, cut in thin lines
1 cup salami, cut in thin lines
1 cup pepperoni, cut in thin lines
2 bag (16 oz) shredded lettuce
1 cup dairy free provolone cheese, cut in thin lines. I use the Daiya brand slices
½ cup banana peppers
¾ cup red onion
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Pepper to taste
1 ½ cup mayo
¼ dairy free sour cream, I use the Tofutti brand
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until it's all mixed together.
2. Serve with gluten free crackers or bread. I use the Canyon gluten free bread the most. The gluten free cracker brand I use is Mary’s Gone Crackers.
